About your new role!
We're looking for a
Video Editor to assist in delivering video and animated creative outputs across digital, social, and ATL campaigns ensuring work is fast, effective, and on-brand.
You will also collaborate with a diverse range of creatives and consultants within GrowthOps to bring ideas to life from concept through to final execution.
What You'll Do
Execution
- Execute video and animated development across integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and strategic intent
- Support design teams across social, digital, POSM, print, and motion
- Collaborate with designers, creative leads, and project managers to bring creative ideas to life
- Review and refine work at every stage from concept to final rollout
Collaboration
- Work closely with copywriters and creative leads to integrate visuals with messaging
- Receive feedback from senior leads and make necessary revisions
Trend Awareness
- Stay informed about current design trends and industry best practices
- Research new design tools and technologies to incorporate into projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film, Animation, or a related field
- Minimum 36 years of agency experience in video editing or motion graphics
- Strong motion design skills with proficiency in design and editing software (Adobe, After Effects, Premier, Capcut)
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion work
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Able to balance speed, quality and consistency in a high volume environment
