Video Editor / Videographer / Motion Designer

Tiram is building a next-generation platform at the intersection of talent, production, and technology. We are in an early access phase, producing high-quality, story-driven content across digital platforms to support brand building, community growth, and campaign launches.

We are looking for a multi-skilled creative who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, and design content with high visual standards while moving fast.

You will be responsible for end-to-end video and visual content creation, from idea execution to final delivery, across social media, campaigns, and brand initiatives.

This role blends:

• videography
• video editing
• motion graphics
• visual design

You will work closely with the founder and social media team to translate narratives into compelling visuals.

1. Video Production & Shooting

• Plan and shoot high-quality video content, including:
• short-form social videos
• street-style interviews
• behind-the-scenes content
• event and campaign footage
• Ensure footage meets platform-specific requirements (vertical, short-form, social-native)

2. Video Editing & Post-Production

Edit high-quality short-form and medium-form videos for:

• Instagram Reels
• TikTok
• Xiaohongshu (XHS)
• other digital channels

Cut and adapt long-form footage (podcasts, interviews) into:

• engaging highlights
• teaser clips
• micro-content

3. Motion Graphics & Visual Design

Design and animate kinetic typography and motion graphics, including:

• leaderboard visuals
• campaign announcements
• informational and infographic-style content
• Ensure typography, colour, and layout align with brand direction

4. Creative Execution & Quality Control

Translate briefs into polished, creative executions

Propose visual treatments and creative approaches

Maintain high standards for:

• aesthetics
• storytelling
• clarity
• Deliver content within agreed timelines while balancing quality and speed

Required

-Advanced proficiency in After Effects

-Strong working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and/or Adobe Premiere Pro

-Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator

-Familiar with social-first editing styles and formats

Nice to Have

-Experience with color grading (DaVinci)

-Experience shooting with mirrorless or DSLR cameras

-Understanding of basic audio editing and cleanup

-Familiarity with motion design systems and templates
