Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Video Production Supervisor to lead our end-to-end video production function. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality visual content that supports marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, corporate communications, and digital initiatives.

You will oversee the entire production lifecycle, from concept development and pre-production planning to filming, editing, and final delivery while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards. This role also leads and mentors the production team, collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement in production quality, workflows, and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Project Management

  • Lead the end-to-end production of video content, from concept development through post-production and final delivery.
  • Plan and manage production schedules, resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high production and creative standards.
  • Oversee on-site productions, ensuring smooth execution, technical excellence, and adherence to project objectives.

Creative Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, branding, social media, and multimedia teams to develop engaging visual content aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate creative concepts into practical production plans and compelling visual stories.
  • Ensure all content reflects brand guidelines and is optimised for various digital platforms, including social media and YouTube.

Post-Production

  • Oversee video editing, motion graphics, colour correction, sound design, subtitles, and other post-production activities.
  • Ensure final deliverables meet technical, creative, and brand quality standards.
  • Repurpose and optimise content for different platforms to maximise audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the video production team to foster collaboration, creativity, and continuous development.
  • Allocate resources effectively and provide guidance to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality work.
  • Promote best practices and drive operational improvements across production workflows.

Equipment & Technical Management

  • Oversee the maintenance, organisation, and effective use of production equipment.
  • Ensure equipment and production practices comply with technical and safety standards.
  • Stay current with emerging production technologies, creative trends, and industry best practices to continuously enhance production capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Videography, Broadcasting, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in professional video production, including filming, directing, editing, and managing end-to-end production projects.
  • Previous experience leading or supervising a creative production team.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branded content, marketing campaigns, corporate videos, social media content, or commercial productions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other industry-standard editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, audio production, colour grading, and post-production workflows.
  • Hands-on experience operating professional cameras, lighting equipment, audio gear, and production tools.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Knowledge of digital content production, branding, and social media best practices.
  • Experience managing production documentation, including production schedules, shot lists, call sheets, and project tracking.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel and support occasional evening or weekend productions when required.
