KITSUI is looking for a creative and hands-onVideographerto produce high-quality video content that brings our brand, products, and campaigns to life. This role focuses on filming, editing, and delivering engaging video content for social media, digital marketing, e-commerce, and live campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots for product launches, campaigns, branding, and performance marketing.
- Film high-quality video content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Edit videos into engaging short-form and long-form content with strong storytelling, pacing, captions, transitions, and music.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Livestream teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual content.
- Assist in developing video content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and launch timelines.
- Handle end-to-end video production, including setup of camera, lighting, audio, and basic studio arrangements.
- Ensure all video output adheres to KITSUI's brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
- Support livestream production by preparing video assets, shooting behind-the-scenes content, and assisting during live sessions when needed.
- Edit videos optimized for ads, including hooks, CTAs, and platform-specific formats.
- Organize, label, and maintain video files, footage, and content libraries for easy access and reuse.
- Monitor video performance and incorporate feedback to continuously improve content quality and engagement.
- Stay updated on beauty industry trends, social media video formats, transitions, and viral content styles
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Videographer or Video Content Creator (beauty/fashion is a plus).
- Strong skills in video shooting, composition, and lighting.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and trend-aware.
- Willing to support shoots during campaigns, launches, or livestream sessions.
