Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Videographer based in Empire City Damansara. The Videographer will be responsible for creating, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that aligns with NSTY Holding's brand identity and marketing goals. Daily tasks include planning video concepts, operating video recording equipment, managing lighting and sound setups, executing post-production edits, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Collaboration with creative teams and other stakeholders will be key to produce engaging and compelling video content for multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in videography techniques, including camera operation, composition, and lighting
• Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Knowledge of video storytelling, including shot composition, pacing, and post-production workflows
• Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot video recording and production equipment
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creativity and attention to detail for producing visually engaging content
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends in video content marketing is a plus
• Relevant experience or a degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content across all NSTY Holding brands
• Produce social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn — Reels, short films, BTS, product features, founder content
• Lead full-scale shoots: campaign films, brand stories, product launches, event coverage
• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment on-set; direct talent when required
• Edit, colour grade, and finish in Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve; create motion graphics in After Effects
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Brand, and Founder's Office teams to translate briefs into compelling visual stories
• Manage and organise the group's video content archive, raw footage, and project files
• Stay ahead of platform trends, visual styles, and storytelling formats
• Mentor and direct junior creators, freelancers, or content interns as the team grows
