Position Summary
The Videographic Designer drives cutting-edge visual storytelling by creating trend-forward, brand-aligned video content. This role blends creativity, technical mastery, and strategic thinking to produce videos that resonate with global audiences, strengthen brand identity, and leverage the latest design, motion, and social media trends.
The designer will partner closely with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver innovative, high-impact video assets across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Trend-Forward Video Production & Motion Graphics
- Independently produce videos aligned with current digital trends.
- Create high-quality motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and cinematic video content.
- Innovate with modern visual storytelling techniques, transitions, and dynamic layouts.
- Ensure pacing, visual hierarchy, and narrative reflect global audience expectations.
- Brand Visual & Strategic Asset Creation
- Translate brand guidelines into compelling motion content that enhances brand recognition.
- Develop templates, visual assets, and campaign videos with a consistent brand voice.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support global campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand positioning and audience engagement strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Creative Consultation
- Partner with marketing, content, product, and regional teams to translate business goals into visual strategies.
- Provide insights on trend adoption, audience engagement, and content innovation.
- Serve as the internal creative consultant for brand-aligned video initiatives.
- Quality Control, Optimization & System Management
- Maintain high visual standards: brand consistency, professional quality, and platform readiness.
- Manage project timelines, asset versions, and archiving efficiently.
- Continuously optimize workflows and motion trends to improve output.
Technical & Production Expertise
Proficient in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (essential)
- Photoshop, Illustrator
- Cinema 4D / Blender (3D motion bonus)
- DaVinci Resolve (color grading)
- Audio editing software (Audition or equivalent)
- Familiarity with AR/VR elements, interactive videos, and motion tracking tools is a plus.
Requirements/ Skills
- 35+ years of professional video production / motion graphics experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating trend-aware, brand-focused, high-quality video work.
- Ability to independently deliver high-impact videos while adapting to new trends quickly.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, brand identity, and social media engagement.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, global environments.
- Experience in finance, tech, gaming, or consumer brand industries.
- Expertise in 3D animation, AR/VR motion design, or interactive video formats.
- Awareness of emerging creative software, plugins, and AI-assisted video production tools.
- Actively incorporate creative trends and audience insights into visual content.
