We're growing fast — and looking for a Vietnamese Affiliate Manager with solid iGaming experience to join our international team in Kuala Lumpur. What You'll Do
- Manage and grow affiliate partnerships to drive traffic and conversions across multiple markets.
- Build and optimize CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid campaigns.
- Negotiate competitive deals and ensure strong ROI for both sides.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with internal teams (design, product, BI) to support affiliate needs.
- Keep an eye on competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Actively contribute to strategy and product growth.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate management within the iGaming industry Asian Markets.
- Proven track record of managing affiliate portfolios and hitting targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of acquisition models and traffic sources.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and ROI.
- Fluent English & Vietnamese (written and spoken) is a must.
