About the Role
We are seeking a Vietnamese Language Specialist to support AI content development and language model training. This role focuses on creating, reviewing, and annotating Vietnamese linguistic data to help improve AI systems and NLP applications. Your expertise will directly impact how AI models understand, generate, and evaluate Vietnamese language content.
What You'll Do
- Create and refine Vietnamese language content such as grammar explanations, usage notes, and example sentences
- Review AI-generated Vietnamese outputs for fluency, tone, clarity, and cultural accuracy
- Identify and correct linguistic issues in Vietnamese text, including ambiguity, bias, and grammatical errors
- Annotate Vietnamese datasets with linguistic labels (syntax, semantics, context, intent)
- Conduct research on Vietnamese linguistics and share concise findings with internal teams
- Analyze AI behavior and error patterns specific to Vietnamese language usage
Who We're Looking For
- Native or near-native proficiency in Vietnamese
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese language structure and usage
- Background in linguistics, language studies, translation, content writing, or related fields
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Excellent writing, editing, and analytical skills in Vietnamese
Nice to Have
- Experience working on Vietnamese language data for AI or NLP projects
- Exposure to corpus analysis, data annotation, or LLM training involving Vietnamese
- Prior experience evaluating language quality at scale
