Work closely with the Customer Service and Operations teams to support sorting planning and output achievement.
Respond to and manage all customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure all customer quality targets are met with minimal rejection, so as not to disrupt customers production lines, by closely monitoring vision sorting output and performance.
Review quality records and procedures to assess adequacy and recommend improvements to quality assurance activities.
Review and implement changes or updates related to new product specifications.
Ensure Vision Sorting personnel are continuously trained, educated, and developed to enhance competency and performance.
Manage and control departmental operations in compliance with the Quality Management System guidelines.
Monitor, control, and update departmental documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Follow up on specific quality issues or problems as directed by the QA Manager.
Demonstrate a good understanding of ISO 14001 requirements.
Identify hazardous waste correctly and coordinate proper disposal arrangements with scheduled waste storage.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
