What You'll Do

  • Explore and create bold, problem-solving designs across various platforms and channels.
  • Develop campaign and promotional materials in multiple formats for online and offline platforms.
  • Produce visually compelling graphics aligned with Traveloka's brand guidelines and target audiences.
  • Occasionally design and produce motion graphics, storyboards, and video deliverables to support campaigns.
  • Support creative production processes, including photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Contribute to building, refining, and deploying Traveloka's brand identity guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative lead, copywriters, designers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive creative solutions.

Responsibilities & Creative Development

  • Present creative concepts and design rationales to stakeholders to gain buy-in and alignment.
  • Participate in creative brief sessions with copywriters and creative leads to define project objectives.
  • Report to the Creative Lead and actively contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate concepts and ideas.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Identity team to ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Work with the Production Design team to supervise creative production (video, photo, multimedia).
  • Collaborate with and mentor designers from other markets, sharing craft, ideation, and design knowledge.
  • Partner with Marketing and Campaigns teams to develop creative campaigns with cohesive branding.
  • Actively manage multiple stakeholders across Marketing, Production Design, and Channel teams.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to keep outputs fresh and innovative.

[Job Requirements]

The Must-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of professional design experience in marketing, advertising, or in-house creative teams.
  • Strong experience in visual design with occasional exposure to motion graphics and multimedia production.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing modern, clean, and impactful work across 360 channels (in-app, OOH, digital display/ads, short/long-form video, TVC, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with Figma and 3D software (Cinema 4D, 3D Max) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI-based and automation tools such as Smartly, Bannerflow, MidJourney, Runway, Freepik, etc.
  • Advanced capability in in-app design (newsletters, landing pages, banners, and more) and basic knowledge of digital ads (e.g., display, paid performance marketing).
  • Comfortable working across Mac and Windows environments.
  • Strong storytelling ability and impeccable visual communication skills.
  • Empathy for consumer behavior, with the ability to design experiences that resonate.
  • Critical eye for detail, resourceful, and able to multitask under time constraints.
  • Able to adapt quickly to brand style and guidelines while pushing for fresh ideas.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functions and stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and able to manage projects independently under tight deadlines.

Bonus

  • Experience working Singapore and Malaysia markets is a plus.
