Main Areas
- Explore and create bold and problem-solving designs across various marketing channels.
- Develop communicating design and provide design for promotion materials in different formats.
Responsibilities & Creative Development
- Present the creative concept/ideas to the stakeholders and communicate design rationales with stakeholders to get their buy-in
- Participate in creative brief sessions with copywriters/creative leads, to identify the clients/stakeholders needs
- Report to Creative Lead and lead brainstorming with the creative team to come up with new ideas and concept for campaigns
- Collaborate with Brand Identity Team to create, develop, and deploy the brand guidelines in our every work
- Work with the Production Design team to supervise creative production (video, photo, multimedia)
- Collaborate with and mentor designers from other markets, sharing craft, ideation, and design knowledge
- Partner with Marketing and Campaigns teams to develop creative campaigns with cohesive branding
- Actively collaborate and manage stakeholders from Marketing departments and other departments like Production Design and Channel Team.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to keep outputs fresh and innovative.
Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or related field
- 3-5 years of professional design experience in marketing, advertising, or in-house creative teams
- Strong experience in visual design with occasional exposure to motion graphics and multimedia production
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern, clean, and impactful work across 360 channels (in-app, OOH, digital display/ads, short/long-form video, TVC, etc)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with Figma and 3D software (Cinema 4D, 3D Max) is a plus
- Knowledge of AI-based and automation tools such as Smartly, Bannerflow, MidJourney, Runway, Freepik, etc.
- Advanced capability in in-app design (newsletters, landing pages, banners, and more) and basic knowledge of digital ads (e.g., display, paid performance marketing)
- Comfortable working across Mac and Windows environment
- Strong storytelling ability and impeccable visual communication skills
- Empathy for consumer behavior, with the ability to design experiences that resonate
- Critical eye for detail, resourceful, and able to multitask under time constraints
- Able to adapt quickly to brand style and guidelines while pushing for fresh ideas
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functions and stakeholders
- Self-driven and able to manage projects independently under tight deadlines
