Responsible to liberate overall business development and responsibility towards the companys requirements.
Follow visual directives via photographs and company visual campaign book when executing store set-ups. Adapt or substitute in a brand appropriate manner to make visual merchandising suitable to regional needs.
Provide PowerPoint recaps from all store visits to be shared with company headquarters
Implement visual displays and merchandising to maximize store business
Analyze store sales data and inventory every week, and adjust the display of bestsellers, less sellers, and goods with large inventory according to the requirements of the headquarters
Execute displays for windows, merchandising and special events throughout the region
Remain aware of the competition in retail visual industry standards in the marketplace
Receive regular exhibition training from headquarters

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a diploma or degree
Working experience in the apparel retailing field will be preferred
A good knowledge of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin with proficiency in speaking and writing.
Strong sense of responsibility, good presentation, communication skills, and applicable for long term travel in different places.
Willing to travel around Malaysia
Preferred experience in Brand Uniqlo, Zara, H&M, Cotton On, Padini, or other retail cloths brands.
