With an in-house portfolio ranging from innovative active wear to home and living products, RPG currently carries an in-house brand portfolio of brands, including MONTIGO, OiYO by MONTIGO and CASEBANG.

What you will do:

• To provide support in Visual Merchandising team for the retails in major shopping malls.
• To craft visual layout in promoting the latest merchandise collections including liaise with suppliers to set up table top, display boxes, and display shelves.
• Work alongside with creative team members.
• Project Management: Work closely with the Creative team and Visual Merchandisers. Planning, execution, and closing of all visual merchandising projects, from new launches to store openings and VM display updates.
• Timeline & Budget Management: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor progress, manage expenditures, and ensure all projects stay on track and within financial constraints.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external suppliers and the internal team, ensuring adherence to contracts, quality standards, and timelines.

Requirements

• Open to final-year students or fresh graduates pursuing a degree in any related field
• Experience in creative design work, and proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
• Strong interest in project management (with a focus in retail, branding or marketing)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, and timelines simultaneously
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

We are looking for intern who can start from June, for at least 12 weeks and above.
