Key Activities
- Participate in a cross-functional team to be able to perform all the tasks required to deliver the relevant products, services, processes and systems.
- Product portfolio management and control, implementation, and further development of one or more products, services, processes and/or systems throughout the entire lifecycle in a team, taking into account quality standards.
- Development and implementation of digital strategies, ensuring the core infrastructure of products, services, processes and systems, consistent introduction of innovative technologies, and development and expansion of the use of digital channels.
- Continuous optimization of uniform, efficient, process-organizational concepts
- Development, further development, and transfer of technical and process-related as well as IT-technical knowledge on the subject under responsibility
- Application and further development of the necessary competencies for the construction of new future-oriented digital architecture
- Design and implementation of agile quality assurance and risk management

- Pricing and benchmarking

Required Skills
- Operate existing VMware platforms (ESXi, vCenter, Horizon, Aria Operations; Aria Operations for Logs) distributed across two data centers.
- Take over administrative and planning tasks in the VMware environment in our data centers
- Ensure the performance, integrity, and availability of the VMware platform and automate infrastructure operations
- Build and maintain server hardware in our data centers
- Several years of administration knowledge of VMware products
- Documentation of the systems / results
