Assist in building and maintaining volume forecasting models (Excel-based) to support short- and long-term planning.
Analyze historical and projected data to identify capacity gaps, risks, and potential operational bottlenecks.
Help develop and maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor forecast vs. actual performance.
Support end-to-end planning initiatives by coordinating inputs and tracking action items (PMO-style).
Prepare structured analysis, reports, and decks for the Operations team and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

Current Bachelor's or Master's student in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with hands-on experience in Excel or similar tools.
Comfortable working with large datasets and translating insights into actionable outputs.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong communication skills to clearly explain findings and assumptions to team members.
Prior exposure to operations planning, capacity planning, forecasting, or PMO-type work is a plus.
