Position Description

The role will lead the Group Strategic Procurement (GSP) Business Support team. Business Management Office (BMO) team is responsible for financial management, management reporting, risk management and all organizational and operational activities across the department. The candidate will leads diverse administrative functions usually for a complete business unit. The role will also support the effective execution of the operational risk and compliance throughout the businesss/function, with respect to identifying, quantifying, reviewing, evaluating and measuring risk to ensure that all compliance and risk categories are identified and managed in accordance with regulatory, internal policies and procedures requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication.

Administers bank programs and policies and may direct the development of the department's administrative policies and procedures.

Requires a thorough knowledge of the department's or business unit's functional operations

Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices.

Assist with ongoing support in the critical area of Business Management reporting including: Scorecard documentation, process flow and other reporting/analysis as needed.

Management of communications routines including drafting of content / key messages to facilitate Regional / Site specific town halls, newsletters and SharePoint sites as well as championing communications activities.

Take responsibility as the business unit Designated Control and Risk Officer (DCORO) to support the effective execution of the operational risk and compliance throughout the businesss/function

Execute operational risk framework with the support from RCU as per Group Non- Financial Risk Management (GNFRM) & Group Compliance (GC) requirements for to meet desire validation score.

For external regulatory examination: the DCORO is responsible to support the RCU in addressing all concerns and requirements of regulators with respect to risks within their functional area of responsibility.

Relevant experience and deep understanding in business management/risk and control/compliance related role.
