We developed the first and leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to digitize the insurance industry. The platform currently serves over 8 million users across the region.

We are continuing our mission by building new, superior applications in emerging use cases as applications become increasingly integrated with AI.

Our team is densely talented, highly motivated, and focused on engineering and product excellence within a very flat organization. All members are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company's mission.

What You'll Do

  • Define, secure, and execute a high-impact calendar of events, sponsorships, and activations (e.g., owned branded events, conferences, customer appreciation nights, mini-concerts, exhibitions, community roadshows, co-branded programs) designed specifically to drive immediate policy quote requests and customer acquisition for BJAK.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of all physical activations, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, contract execution and logistics. Ensure all events are flawlessly executed, highly scalable, and fully compliant with local regulations.
  • Maintain absolute adherence to BJAK's brand guidelines across all physical assets and event touchpoints. Deliver a premium, engaging customer experience that actively educates consumers on the benefits of using an insurance aggregator.
  • Establish rigorous measurement frameworks for every event, setting clear KPIs beyond foot traffic (e.g., Cost Per Quote, Event-Generated Conversion Rate). Present hands-on performance reports to the executive team, demonstrating the tangible business ROI of activation spending.
  • Collaborate intensely with the Marketing teams to ensure a seamless conversion funnel. This includes managing event-specific technology for on-site lead capture, post-event nurturing, and effective handover of qualified leads to the sales channel.

The right fit has:

  • Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in Events Management, Brand Activation, and Experiential Marketing
  • Highly detailed and organized, capable in managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Possess strong branding and design sense, highly creative in-person launches.
  • Proven track record of success in designing and executing large-scale, high-ROI events and sponsorships across multiple countries in ASEAN.
  • Exceptional analytical and reporting skills, specifically the ability to translate event foot traffic and engagement into measurable business metrics like lead volume, quote requests, and conversion rates
  • Must possess a strong personal drive and willingness to be directly involved in the planning, logistics, and on-the-ground execution of events.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver quality results consistently and on time.
