Role Summary:

Oversee manufacturing engineering operations with a strong focus on cost competitiveness, process optimization, and efficient scale-up in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive process standardization and productivity improvements across plants
• Lead new product introduction (NPI) and ramp-up execution
• Implement lean manufacturing and cost-reduction initiatives
• Strengthen supplier and contract manufacturing engineering capabilities
