Our client is a highly established and fast growing financial institution with an international portfolio of investments. To support its continued high growth, it is seeking to expand its Human Resource capabilities.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will lead recruitment, talent management and performance management initiatives in support of the firm's regional investment management businesses. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the organisation's expansion, partnering closely with senior business leaders and collaborating with the broader HR team. In addition, you will ensure robust HR governance and compliance with local employment regulations across the firm's operating markets, while identifying and driving the adoption of best-in-class HR practices to strengthen organisational capability and position the firm as an employer of choice.
Requirements
You are a degree qualified HR professional with relevant experience gained ideally within asset or investment management organisations undergoing growth and transformation. Exposure in both global institutions and small to mid sized firms, supporting regional expansion and operating across diverse markets will be preferred. Familiarity with regional regulatory and employment frameworks will be highly advantageous. You are commercial, hands on, with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong presentation, communication and senior stakeholder management skills will be essential.
