Summary
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Waiter/Waitress - In-Room Dining is responsible for efficient delivery of food and beverage services to guest rooms, in line with Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, maximizing revenue and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
- Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Work experience in Room Service/F&B Outlet in the hotel/restaurant industry is preferred.
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are essential.
