Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist operation in daily administrative activities of warehouse operations.
  • Process delivery notes, purchase orders, and invoices, and manage customer order status through the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Prepare daily or weekly reports on all operational activities.
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operations issues.
  • Perform data entry into a warehouse management system (WMS) and use software like Excel to manage information.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma with at least 1 year of working experience in warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Excel, Warehouse Management System (WMS) / SAP.
  • Willing to be based at PTP, Johor
