Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers – helping them deliver better results every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and transactions in the system.
  • Prepare and process shipping, receiving, and delivery documentation (DO, invoices, etc.).
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations team to ensure timely inbound and outbound activities.
  • Update data in WMS and ensure data accuracy.
  • Track and monitor stock levels, discrepancies, and damages, reporting issues promptly.
  • Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, and internal teams for order fulfilment.
  • Support cycle counts and stock audits.
  • Handle filing, reporting, and general administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM with at least 1 - 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics administration.
  • Familiar with WMS / SAP is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good command of language in Bahasa Melayu / English.
  • Willing to be based at Seksyen 23, Shah Alam.
