Job Description
- Maintain, arrange and keep stock records of the stores according various location (Tiong Nam). Lot 15, Lot 23chiller,Frozen Goods, Dry Goods, packaging materials).
- Work closely with production, purchasing and finance Department.Maintain and update relevant SOP.
- Organize the maintenance of the frozen storage, equipmentand facilities.Receiving and reconciling goods at Tiong Nam.
- Responsible for all warehouse operations linked to receiving and distribution operations.Maintain the hygiene, storage arrangement in order and proper functioning of the stores.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
6Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementation new design layouts, inspecting equipment , issuing work order for repair and requisition for replacement.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- To prepare delivery schedule when needed.
