Job Type: Full-time (Batu Kawan, Penang)
Salary: RM1,800 + Allowances + Overtime (Estimated higher total monthly income depending on shift & OT)
- Shift rotation patterns: 4-2 / 5-2 / 4-3 / 3-4
- Standard shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Auto overtime applicable based on operational needs (especially for 4-2 and 5-2 schedules)
We are seeking a reliable, disciplined, and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth handling of goods, maintaining warehouse accuracy, and supporting overall operational efficiency.
You will be part of a structured warehouse team involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while ensuring safety and accuracy at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, and storing goods
- Perform picking, packing, labelling, and order preparation activities
- Ensure inventory is handled accurately and stored in the correct locations
- Support loading and unloading of goods from containers or trucks
- Carry out stock checks and assist in inventory counting activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse area
- Follow safety procedures and standard operating processes (SOPs)
- Support shift team in meeting daily operational targets
- Assist in other warehouse-related duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent (STPM, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome)
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and overtime when required
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work in a warehouse environment
- Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Able to work in a team-based and fast-paced environment
