Pick & pack all orders for E-commerce
Liaise with E-commerce team on returns and actions taken for returns
Assist with Marketplace chats and customer enquiries
Manage physical inventory and house-keeping for e-commerce stocks
Assist to ensure all Online Order deliveries are picked up or dropped off at nearest drop-off point
Report number of orders packed daily
Able to work under pressure and multi-task
To be stationed in a retail shop
Minimum SPM
Energetic, fast learning, responsible, self-motivated, enthusiastic, mature and meticulous with a can-do attitude and good sense of confidentiality
Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
