Ensure that the warehouse internal processes including claims and all part returns are according to requirement and specifications. Manage scrapping process of parts due to exceptions, claims and returns.
Communicate claims and returns pre-alert and relevant documents status and parts scrapping process. Process returns parts and exceptions process via system of any abnormality found..
Communicate claims/return process and decision making with quality team. Plan for parts scrapping and liaise with customs specialist.
Daily/Weekly task planning as well as update on operational issues.
Participate in team meeting to review KPI and to feedback on any topics.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a related field and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics.
Experience in 3PL management and claims management are added advantages.
