Monitor and control stock levels, ensure stock accuracy, conduct regular physical and virtual inventory audits, and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and computerized records.
Planning and implementing efficient inventory management policies and procedures.
Implement and optimize warehouse processes for efficiency, develop procedures to improve workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement in space utilization and logistics.
Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
Ensure accurate data entry and system usage for goods movement using WMS, SAP, or RFID systems.
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
24 years of experience in warehouse operations specializing in inventory management.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with WMS/SAP is an advantage.
Experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse or distribution setting is often preferred.
Must be willing to work in Port Klang Free Zone area.
