MISSION
To maintain accurate inventory records, optimize storage space, and facilitate the seamless flow of stock, including receiving, releasing, packaging, and shipping.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONBILITIES
- Release stock to designated collectors according to Release Instruction documents from Head Office.
- Liaise with collectors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Update daily stock movements in the stock management system.
- Perform quality control and verification of all stock received to ensure goods are in perfect order.
Organize stock storage in an efficient, neat, and tidy manner.
Required Education, Skills & Experiences
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics or a related field.
- Certificate in 5S Concept and 2 years of experience working in a warehouse.
- Physically fit and able to work effectively in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work overtime or weekends when required.
- Proficient in basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic ERP systems.
- Capable of accurately entering stock movement data into the stock management system.
- Able to track inventory accurately to ensure system records match physical stock.
- Skilled in securely and efficiently packaging stock for outbound shipments.
- Able to perform basic maintenance on small warehouse equipment.
- Clear and effective communication skills to report issues or discrepancies to team members and supervisors.
- Possesses a valid driving license and able to drive to the bank or customer offices when required.
- Maintains a neat and organized warehouse/storage area to ensure easy retrieval of items when needed.
