Warehouse & Logistic Executive

Responsibility

• Manage warehouse space, resource allocation including manpower at various locations to ensure sufficient and appropriate storage space as well as manpower to carry out the duties in a cost-effective manner

Oversee the warehouse daily operations on goods receiving, p

• Picking and packing to ensure that team follows the Company operating procedures

Organize and manage the Company annual stock take exercise

• Account for the goods inventory on a monthly basis through analysing the inventory movement and level

Oversee the product shipment process and documentation preparation for products import as well as export to ensure smooth transition

• Manage and liaise with other internal departments and external logistics service providers on warehouse, shipping & delivery requirements

• Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Warehouse / Business Administration.

• Possess 4-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics department.

Able to use MS Office, Outlook Express, MS Words, MS Excel

• Team player with self- motivated, result oriented and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
