We are looking for a Warehouse Management Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure smooth order fulfilment, and maintain accurate inventory and documentation. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with internal teams and logistics providers, and driving efficiency and continuous improvement in warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth outbound processes, on-time order fulfilment, compliance with company return policies, optimize customer complaints.
- Supervise and guide warehouse staff, including task allocation, on-site coordination, and performance monitoring to ensure accuracy, orderliness, and efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Service, Admin, Finance, Logistics) to support daily warehouse requirements and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor and manage outsourced logistics providers, including delivery status tracking, service performance follow-up, and documentation submission for payment processing.
- Oversee warehouse administration, ensuring all operational and logistics documents are accurate, complete, and maintained with no backlog.
- Proficiently operate the warehouse system, ensuring compliance with standard procedures, and provide system training to warehouse staff.
- Plan, implement, and execute warehouse improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, space utilization, stock accuracy, workflow optimization, and cost control.
- Ensure warehouse practices comply with 6S / safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe and organized working environment.
- Support warehouse-related projects such as layout planning, inventory reorganization, stock take, audit and process optimization when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management as part of continuous operational improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum3–5 years of warehouse experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role will be added advantages.
- Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, or related software.
- Strong organizational, teamwork and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of 6S or other warehouse management best practices.
- Basic data analysis skills (Excel, reporting, simple analysis).
- Able to work independently, manage pressure, and take ownership of warehouse performance and results.
