As part of its continued expansion, the organisation is seeking to strengthen its warehouse leadership to enhance inventory accuracy, improve distribution efficiency, and maintain high standards in warehousing operations and compliance.
Your new role
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of warehouse operations, covering receiving, storage, inventory control, pick‑pack‑ship processes, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods. You will ensure smooth operational flow while maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- You will oversee inventory management, ensuring timely and accurate system updates, and enforcing strict FIFO practices, cycle counting, and stock control measures. You will also monitor stock levels and turnover to maintain optimal inventory holding and ensure product availability while minimising waste.
- A key responsibility includes preparing and analysing stock reports such as stock ageing, turnover, variances, write-offs, and adjustments. You will work closely with Production, Planning, and Sales teams to support stock clearance strategies and align inventory levels with business demand.
- In addition, you will manage distribution activities, ensuring timely inbound and outbound operations, accurate shipment handling, and effective returns management, including damaged or expired goods. You will also optimise warehouse space utilisation and implement effective storage planning to maximise capacity.
- You will play a critical role in maintaining warehouse standards, including housekeeping, sanitation, and 5S implementation, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. You will also ensure compliance with government regulations, including import and export requirements, customs policies, and licensing standards.
- As a leader, you will supervise and develop warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, discipline, and adherence to operational procedures, while fostering a safe and structured working environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in warehouse management within FMCG/F&B manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and distribution processes
- Experience handling stock reporting, inventory analysis, and operational KPIs
- Familiarity with import/export regulations, customs compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing warehouse teams
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and 5S practices
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and performance-driven mindset
- Strong language proficiency (Mandarin preferred)
