Job Description:

  • Warehouse Network Planning: Strategize Shopee Thailand's warehousing network across the country to optimize cost efficiency, reduce buyer wait times, and strengthen synergy with the SPX network. This includes integration of various warehousing models such as main warehouses, satellite warehouses, extended storage facilities etc.
  • Business Scenarios Modelling: Evaluate potential supply chain models and benchmark against global and regional best practices to identify long-term opportunities
  • Decision-making & Cost-Benefit Analysis: Identify key decision points throughout each stage of the business and conduct in-depth cost-benefit analysis to guide decisions on warehouse expansions, location selection, and infrastructure investments
  • Strategic Project Execution: Lead initiatives to grow adoption of Shopee's fulfillment services or improve end-to-end supply chain efficiency (e.g. shipping fee strategy, order consolidation).
  • Cross-functional Collaborations: Work closely with Warehouse Operations, SPX, Procurement, and other teams to evaluate business scenarios and drive network expansion plans

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience, ideally in strategic planning, network design, supply chain strategy, or consulting
  • Strong analytical skills: capable of scenario building, forecasting, and interpreting business impact through numbers
  • Strong numerical acumen with good understanding on key drivers
  • Creative and critical thinker who can challenge the status quo and explore more efficient operating models
  • Able to connect the dots between spreadsheet numbers and on-the-ground operations
  • Strong English communications skills in both written (e.g. strategy decks) and verbal (e.g. cross-functional meetings)
  • Highly self-motivated and adaptable thrives in fast-paced or ambiguous situations
