Position: Warehouse Operator Supervisor

Working Time: Rotation Shift

Location: Mapletree Seksyen 22, Shah Alam

Salary: Up to MYR 3,500 /Month

Allowances: Up to MYR 280/Month

Job Summary:

Seeking a supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations. This role will lead a team of warehouse associates, ensure efficient inventory management, optimize processes, and maintain safety and quality standards. This role will play a key role in maintaining smooth and productive warehouse operations while adhering to deadlines and quality expectations

Job Descriptions:

1. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates, ensuring that tasks are completed in an efficient, timely, and safe manner.
2. Provide guidance, training, and support to warehouse staff to improve performance and ensure adherence to operational standards.
3. Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.
4. Ensure proper inventory control, accuracy, and timely movement of products within the warehouse.
5. Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, ensuring that all safety regulations and company policies are followed.
6. Supervise inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking of products, stock levels, and order fulfillment.
7. Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize discrepancies.
8. Assist with restocking and replenishment processes to ensure smooth operation and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
9. Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
10. Identify and recommend improvements in warehouse layouts, material handling, and inventory storage.
11. Collaborate with warehouse management to implement process changes and improvements to meet changing operational demands.
12. Ensure that all warehouse activities meet safety standards and compliance regulations, including OSHA guidelines and internal procedures.
13. Conduct regular safety checks and training sessions to minimize risks and ensure the safety of all warehouse staff.
14. Oversee the quality control of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and product condition.
15. Assist with generating and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and productivity metrics.
16. Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and any issues encountered during warehouse operations.

Requirements

1. Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
3. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other warehouse technology/tools.
4. Able to accept flexible shift working hours(rotation/shift)
5. Ability to drive Forklift, Reach Truck & Power Truck with Forklift license or certificates is an advantage
6. Proven track record of managing and leading a warehouse team to achieve operational goals.
7. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and WMS-related software.
8. Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping/receiving, order fulfillment, and warehouse processes.
