Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Warehouse Packaging Part Timer role located in Kota Damansara at Sasbadi Sdn Bhd. The role involves packing and labeling products according to standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency. Responsibilities include organizing and arranging items for shipment, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and assisting with loading, unloading, and stock arrangement in the warehouse. The role also requires following packaging guidelines, reporting damaged or incorrect items, and cooperating with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform hands-on packing tasks efficiently and accurately, with attention to detail.
• Basic Quality Control skills to check products and packaging for defects or discrepancies before shipment.
• Willingness to apply simple Research skills to improve packaging processes and learn best practices.
• Reliability in attendance, ability to follow instructions, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand, lift, and move boxes within reasonable weight limits.
• Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills and the ability to work under time constraints.
• Previous warehouse or packaging experience is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided.
