Job Description

Optimize Fulfilment Centre Utilization: Monitor Fulfilment Centre usage and costs, identifying key indicators to proactively plan and execute cost-effective expansion or optimization projects.
Design Optimal Layouts: Analyze current stock profiles and utilization data to develop efficient layout plans and recommend storage types that maximize space and accessibility.
Monitor and Improve Fulfilment Centre Throughput: Ensure Fulfilment Centre have sufficient space, workstations and equipment to support business operations as we scale.
Project Management: Work closely with various stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure project are implemented as per timeline and meeting overall quality standards and requirements.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in various ad-hoc projects focused on enhancing overall Fulfilment Centre processes and efficiency.

Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting and/or project management, with a strong preference for candidates with direct involvement in Fulfilment Centre design, implementation, or significant process improvement projects within a Fulfilment Centre environment.
Demonstrated strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative and practical solutions.
Solid data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
Proven ability to work independently in a complex and diverse environment, demonstrating strong initiative and self-direction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences and build strong working relationships across teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
