Job Responsibilities: Check the PN, Qty & Condition when receive the Incoming parts.
- Email Communication to request the PO# from China Procurement & Warehouse team when received the Incoming Raw Materials (China).
Email Communication with China Planner when received the FG from Packing Room (Malaysia).- Perform the Good Receive & Inventory transfer Process via SAP system.
Using the PDA to perform the Good Receive Process via SFC system when receive the FG from Packing Room.
- Monthly Cycle Count & Yearly Stock Take.
Weekly 6S.- Daily Check the Temperature & Humidity for Wafer Room, Chemical Room & Both Warehouse.
Email Communication to request the SO# from China Marketing when Deliver the Goods to China Factory or direct to Customer.- Shrink wrapping & palletizing the FG.
Preparing the Documentation when need for shipment.
- Perform the Good Issue Process via SAP system.
Using the PDA to perform the GI Process via SFC system.- Consolidate all the Non-Conformance parts & get approval from Top Management for disposal.
