Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Responsible for inventory management.
• Track daily activities and report to your superior.
• Ensure all shipments match invoices and are correctly recorded, while meeting KPIs and adhering to process flows.
• Guide and advise subordinates on daily operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and customer requirements.
• Manage and plan the daily workforce.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Prepare discrepancy reports for any issues with incoming/outgoing cargo.
• Prepare incident reports for any damages or discrepancies during picking, shipping, or receiving.
• Prepare daily activity reports and any other reports requested by your superior.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of working experience in a supervisory role preferably in warehouse setting environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Must be willing to be based at Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ)
