Job Description
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, advise on imports and exports, and ensure proper inventory management.
- Track and maintain inventory records, and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure a safe, organized warehouse environment and comply with all safety regulations.
- Supervise, motivate, and delegate tasks to warehouse staff while resolving conflicts effectively.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance and safety training for operators.
- Analyze shipment logs, review delivery timeliness, and suggest productivity improvements.
- Allocate personnel and accomplish tasks efficiently within deadlines.
- Optimize processes by reducing turnaround times, improving inventory accuracy, and minimizing waste.
- Communicate expectations clearly to employees and collaborate with team members.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in relevant courses.
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Proficient in standard software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
