Responsibilities
- Ensure good system management
- Handle material incoming receiving
- Ensure material is properly kept in warehouse
- Ensure material in FIFO control
- Perform cycle count from time to time to ensure inventory accuracy
- Assist Production in material kitting and issuing matter
- Monitor finished goods storage and shipping
- Ensure proper management in storage area according to 5s method
- Handle ad hoc jobs.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma holder and above in relevant fields.
- Required Languages: Chinese, English.
- Required skills: Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.
- Well verse of warehouse operation procedure & candidate with manufacturing background will be an added advantages.
- Meets warehouse operational standards, strategic plans and reviews.
- Good leadership & people management skills.
- Possess planning and excellent problem solving skills.
- Proactive, good personality & able to teamwork.
- Willing to accept new assignment from time to time.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
