Job Description

Assist supervisor in managing inbound activities including but not limited to receiving and putaway.
Ensure the productivity and KPI for inbound activities are met.
Oversee the schedule and attendance of all employees within the department.
Ensure the division is staffed with skilled manpower.
Maintain efficiency and productivity throughout the entire inbound process.
Ensure all deliveries are received, checked, processed and endorsed to the next process within agreed timelines.
Ensure all goods are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse.
Provide performance reports to supervisors for review.
Track and share the progress of the shipment to RnF in time, and coordinate anomalies with strategic partners.
Ensure warehouse area is safe, clean and organized through regular inspection.
Continuously find ways to improve/enhance existing processes.
Propose solutions should any problem/issue arise.

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
At least 2 years of working experience in specialized in warehousing background.
A good team player and able to lead a team independently.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel.
Able to work on shift hours and willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Bukit Raja, Klang.
Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days).
