Warehouse Supervisor, Scommerce (Bukit Raja, Klang)

Job Description:

• Oversee daily warehouse & fulfillment operations (picking, packing, shipping).
• Lead and supervise fulfillment team, ensuring productivity and accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs (order accuracy, on-time dispatch, inventory levels, RR rate).
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Coordinate with inventory, inbound, and outbound teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Train and mentor team members to build skills and improve performance.

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inbound, outbound, inventory management, and QC processes.
• Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Hands-on experience with WMS systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work on shift hours and willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Bukit Raja, Klang.
• Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days).
