Role : Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, accurate system transactions, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inventory movements and system transactions in SAP and WMS.
- Monitor and resolve warehouse system issues, ensuring accurate inventory traceability and data integrity.
- Coordinate material movements, including production supply, interplant transfers, returns, and special material requests.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock counts, cycle counts, pallet counts, and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures by maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and warehouse documentation.
- Monitor raw material expiry dates, calibration schedules, and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) updates.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate as a member of the Internal Halal Committee and support Halal compliance activities.
- Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT), including First Aider responsibilities.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Planning, Procurement, and other departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Lead and supervise warehouse personnel to achieve operational, safety, and performance targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of SAP, WMS, or warehouse operations will be an added advantage.
- Able to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to operational requirements.
