About the Role

Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch of goods.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch of goods
• Optimizing warehouse layout and processes to improve productivity and efficiency
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Providing training and support to warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance
• Collaborating with other departments to improve overall supply chain operations
• Generating and analyzing reports to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Required Skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and procedures
