Job Scope
We are looking for a hands-on Web & SEO Manager to take full ownership of our website and organic search growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain and improve the company website.
- Develop new pages, landing pages, university and programme pages.
- Improve website speed, mobile performance, UX and security.
- Manage hosting, domain, backups and technical issues.
- Handle technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve Google rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage Google Search Console, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Implement schema markup, internal linking and SEO best practices.
- Plan SEO content with the marketing/content team.
- Improve website conversion into student enquiries and applications.
- Support integrations such as CRM, WhatsApp and enquiry forms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in web development/management and SEO.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience with technical SEO, keyword research and link building.
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiar with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush or Screaming Frog.
- Knowledge of website speed, Core Web Vitals and mobile optimisation.
- Able to work independently and take full ownership of website performance.
Added Advantage:
- Education or study-abroad industry experience.
- International SEO experience.
- CRM/WhatsApp integration experience.
- Knowledge of React, Next.js, PHP or similar technologies.
- Experience with AI Search, GEO or AEO.
