Job Description

Role Overview:

Responsible for monitoring website performance, analyzing e-commerce data, and providing insights to improve conversion, revenue, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and analyze website metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, funnel performance, AOV, and revenue
Develop dashboards and performance reports
Analyze customer behavior and identify optimization opportunities
Provide data-driven recommendations on pricing, promotions, UX, and marketing strategies
Support A/B testing and website optimization initiatives
Work closely with Marketing, UX, Product, and Development teams
Improve reporting processes and analytics frameworks continuously

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Web Analytics or E-Commerce Analytics
Experience with:
Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics
Tableau / Power BI
Understanding of:
E-commerce KPIs
Funnel analysis
A/B testing
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
