Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer with strong graphic skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that effectively communicate our brand's message and objectives. The candidate should be proficient in both web design principles and graphic design techniques.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and content, to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Design visually engaging and intuitive website layouts, user interfaces, and graphics that align with the brand's aesthetic and user experience goals.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
• Develop responsive designs that ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
• Incorporate user feedback and iterate on designs to continually improve the usability and visual appeal of our websites.
• Produce high-quality graphics, icons, banners, and other visual assets for web use.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in both web and graphic design.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide support during the development phase.
• Maintain a consistent and organized design file system and adhere to brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Multimedia, Design, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in web design.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar applications.
• Strong comprehension of responsive design principles and mobile-first design strategies.
• Sound graphic design skills encompassing layout composition, color theory, typography, and iconography.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS, along with a basic grasp of web development concepts (knowledge of JavaScript is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively present and elucidate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A keen eye for detail, coupled with creative ingenuity, and a dedication to staying updated on design trends and emerging technologies.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and devise innovative design solutions.
