The Media Brands Content Studio (MBCS) APAC Technology Hub is located in Malaysia, and delivers addressable content and web technology projects across the world. The team has presence in New York, Singapore, London, Bogota and Mumbai.
As a Web Developer for the APAC Technology Hub, you are responsible for building and maintaining functionality for websites, applications and digital ads. The scope of work also extends to the maintenance of various creative and media platforms used by the team.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of working experience as a developer, ideally in a creative environment
- Bachelor's degree, professional certification, or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of web and creative technologies
- Developing optimized code in HTML5, CSS and JS
- Managing data within Excel and Google Sheets
GOOD TO HAVE
- Understanding of the Google Marketing Platform
- Experience working with Wordpress, Drupal, or Joomla
- Experience working with NodeJS, PHP, SQL, Firebase
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing web sites and applications
- Developing electronic mailers (eDMs) and display ads
- Developing dynamic creative templates for display and video ads
- Managing platforms and live data feeds
ADDITIONAL
- Will be required to take a simple coding exercise
- Must have demonstrable skills and competence, ideally through a git repository and the ability to explain the logic and code
