Job Title: Senior Web Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Web Developer to design and develop customer-facing web applications for digital banking retail platforms. The role focuses on building responsive, secure, and high-performance front-end solutions using React and modern web technologies, with optional exposure to Java-based backend integration and content management systems. The ideal candidate will contribute to end-to-end digital banking experiences across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications for digital banking platforms
Build responsive UI components using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and services
Ensure performance, security, and usability of customer-facing applications
Support enhancements and bug fixes across digital banking web channels
Work with content management systems for web publishing and updates
Participate in system design discussions and technical solutioning
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Support deployment and production troubleshooting activities
Required Skills:
6-9 years of experience in web application development (L3)
Strong hands-on experience in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (mandatory)
Experience in digital or retail banking web platforms
Strong understanding of web development principles and UI/UX best practices
Experience working in Oracle-based environments
Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments (HPUX, Linux, Solaris)
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Experience working in Agile development teams
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of Java, Spring, JSP, XML, SQL, or Unix scripting
Experience with AEM Forms/Sites or TeamSite (Web Content Management systems)
Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery practices
Knowledge of digital banking workflows and customer journey optimization
Experience with management reporting or analytics dashboards
Familiarity with API integration and backend services in banking systems
