About the Role:
We are looking for a versatile and proactive professional who can manage our websites, drive marketing initiatives, and provide direct support to the Project Director. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle diverse responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
IT & Website Management
- Maintain, update, and optimise the company's websites.
- Create and develop websites for subsidiaries when required.
- Enhance website design, layout, and user experience (WordPress).
Marketing
- Engage with external vendors (outside Malaysia) to feature/promote products on their platforms.
- Reply promptly to emails and inquiries from vendors and partners.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including online campaigns and branding.
Executive Assistance & Administration
- Support the Director with scheduling, coordination, and client engagement.
- Communicate effectively with international clients (mainly theUS & Australia).
- Handle ad-hoc and onsite tasks, including travel between the Management office in Subang and the shipyard located at Klang.
Requirements:
- Strong skills and proven experience in WordPress website design and management.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
- Open-minded with strong common sense and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and international vendor engagement.
- Ability to reply professionally to international vendor and client communications.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Flexible with American and Australian business hours when needed.
- Must own transport (travel between Subang and Klang).
- This position is only open to Malaysian citizens or individuals who are authorised to work in Malaysia.
