About The Role

We're looking for an experienced JavaScript developer that is proficient in Web UI framework and NodeJs based API and is passionate in building software. Your primary focus will be developing user interface components, ensuring UI/UX meets the standard as per expectation and integrating products API with our NodeJs application. You will be part of the frontend web team in ensuring the overall MoneyLion web ecosystem with different layers of infrastructure is robust and feasible to maintain. Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside with our engineering team to plan and create new features related to the frontend web system.
- Build resilient UI components and front-end libraries.
- Write unit and integration tests for our web application.
- Contribute to developing best practices for continuous integration and deployment.
- Consistently keeping user documentation up to date with any new planned feature, design patterns or architectural changes.
- Consistently improving maintainability and stability of our web application for benchmarking and achieving optimal performance of the features that were shipped by ensuring the core web vitals meet the standard.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that occur in our web application.
About You
- 2+ years of working experience as a software engineer.
- Proven experience in building workable web applications or managing web application projects is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, experience with Typescript is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of UI libraries such as React, Angular, Vue, etc, state management libraries and its core principles.
- Thorough understanding of building a NodeJs application and have experience in working with API integration and third party libraries.
- Familiarity with modern frontend CI/CD pipelines and development tools.
- Familiarity with agile development.
- Ability to collaborate with a cross functional team.
- You have a minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
